You may want to find out what is in the fast food you are eating. It sounds like you have an intolerance for dairy products and the fast food you are eating has some kind of dairy product in it. Meats that are grilled on a grill are exposed to dairy because cheeseburgers are grilled on the same grill. You may be getting the grease from the cheese.

Also, persons who are intolerant of dairy sometimes can have a low tolerance for fatty foods. That can be causing the bloat. Fruit juice causes some people to bloat because the fructose in it is hard on the digestive tract.

Eating too many fast foods and stuff. Here's a suggestion:

Take your own food to work and pack some fruit, a little Yoplait, or take fast food to a new level....go to a local grocery store and buy one of their ready-made salads in the produce section; almost ALL grocery stores have these things.

Cut out the soda and drink diet (diet caffiene free if you must) and LOTS AND LOTS OF H20!

If it's getting to be a problem, talk with your DR and he/she will hook you up with a nutritionist. Also, exercise, too. That is a definite plus.

First off...it sounds as if you have a bad body image and that is not good. Juices and soda are high in sugar, like you didn't know that, right?? So that adds to your frame every single time. Also, there is alot of sodium in them. Some sodium is necessary but salt can make you bloat.

Get help with your body image.

You need to take enzymes(Multi enzymes) if you are not already. That will help you break down your food the right way as is what is happening. That is more than likely the cause of the bloating.. ENZYME defficiency!!
