Take about 12-15 caps/day of vitamin b5 (pantothenic acid), 500mg each. It's the only thing that makes my oil production stop. The spots go away about 2 days after you start using it.

After 3 months, you can decrease your dosage to 10 caps a day, then after 6 months, down to 5 for maintenance.

Do not just take a b-complex. It must be pantothenic acid 500mg.

to get rid of acne:

step one: go to walmart and pick out a face wash ( i use aveeno) and an ordinary acne solution
i use a Clear product that is blue liquid and u put on ur face with cotton balls)

step two: wash ur face twice a day - morning and night, everyday. use acne solution once a day for a couple days. if skin is not flaky or peeling, start using it twice a day after the face wash. if ur skin is peeling and flaky, go to walmart and keep on picking out stuff until u have found the right one

step three: do not pick at ur zits, it will only make it worse

step four (optional): if ur skin i sREALLY bad go to ur docter and ask him to prescribe sumthing to u. once u get that, use ordinary solution in morning and prescribed stuff at night, still keep on washing ur face. if ur skin is not flaky or peeling after a couple of days, start using both products two times a day.

the main thing is to wash ur face twice a day, and changing ur pillow sheet every couple of days helps to, so ur not using a dirty sheet for ur face to sleep on.

p.s. my mom is a docter and i ahve been doing this for about a month and my acne is WAY better (although not completely gone) and take note that it might be a month before u start seeing real improvement, SORRY i h8 it too but its the darn real truth

I read that stress has a lot to do with acne development, so i would say a great at home treatment is; sit down relax and don't stress.
