OK...here's some ideas:

A manager that hires and fires based on who does the best job, rather than hiring people based on whether they share the same moral and ideological outlook (i.e. giving a preference to someone that wears a crucifix to an interview).

A common issue in state goverment is people acting in their position based on how they feel the party in power would want something done, rather than what they feel *should* be done - instead, workers should make the best decision based on the information in front of them, even if that conflicts with party politics.
