-What are the requirements for this position?

-What are the tests that you need to take ? How hard are they? Anyone can pass theses tests or an appropriate education is needed ?

- Pros and cons of this job?

- How much they pay? And how (hourly or monthly salary..?)

-Schedule flexible?

-How long is the training and how hard is it?

Pardon me for answering, as I'm not a teller, but I do have a suggestion. Go to a couple of banks, get in line for the teller window, and when you get up there, ask the person if you could buy him/her lunch in return for allowing you to ask about their job.
