Talk to your doctor about this.

Only a doctor can diagnose testicular cancer, and the earlier he finds it, the easier it is to treat. If you suspect you have it, go see an oncologist or urologist at once, and get it properly evaluated and taken care of.

The good news is that after you are mature, you can lose one and not have to worry about your sexual drive... none whatsoever. In fact, a castrated man can maintain an erection far longer than uncastrated men! But, if a child is castrated, it will stunt his masculine development... he'll have soft features like a girl, wider hips and buttocks, enlarged breasts and have a high voice and not grow much beard... if the male is castrated as a child, before puberty. But, after the person has matured? Nah... nothing to worry about. Go get that checked out. It CAN be a real killer and there are too many good things to enjoy in life!

It is usual to have the entire testicle removed in a procedure known as an orchidectomy. Thats the kind of procedure you're going to want a nice medical euphemism for, right?

If you catch it real soon, chances are good that you can be treated without removal.
