I don't do it quite as often now that my baby is a busy 9-month old, but I can catch her sometimes for a few minutes and she still loves it.
My mommy & me yoga instructor said there was a period when her daughter wasn't really into it (at around a year I think), but then she got back into it later on.
Go with the flow and let your baby be your guide.

Babies love to be massaged. and its a great bonding experience. My son is 16 months and when he gets done with a bath i massage his legs and arms with lotion, he loves it. I have a 3 yr old that I have to put lotion on 3 times a day because he has eczema and he loves having his legs rubbed. Who doesn't like a good massage? hehehe. Keep on massagin!

My daughter did this with her two sons when they were babies as well. They still get her to give them a massage after their baths, and they're now 10 and 7 yrs old.

I don't actually have a baby, so I don't know the answer to your question, but I just wanted to tell you that I think that is wonderful! I have heard so many good things about the benefits (for both baby & mommy) of infant massage!

My son is 5 years old and I still massage his back and feet once in awhile. It works great when he is tired, but can't seem to settle down enough to fall sleep.

My daughter is 14 months and I still massage her at night when I put lotion on her after her bath. It's so relaxing to her.
