suppose somebody has wronged you or hurt you and these guys are your superiors so you can't do anything about it. how do you deal with feelings of hate, i don't like using that word but I really have no respect for people who take it out on the weak. thanks.

(mostly i'm talkin about unprofessional behavior; wheter it be teacher-student, you name it)

by the way, i'm not from the states. here professors have all the power. i know they get fired in the states if they make one wrong move.

Wayne Dyer suggests "Stop being offended" and "Do you want to be right, or do you want to be happy?" Sounds like a ridiculous way to live, but it actually does work. If you can't control the situation, then you're better off letting it go. Harboring feelings of hatred do not do anything except hurt you. Chances are, they don't care if you hate them; your feelings will not change their behavior. Notice how your body feels when you think about what they did. Do you want to keep feeling that way? It's a choice. Trust me, you're much better off in the long run to just let it go.

not true.. i had an absolutely HORRENDOUS professor in college.. he made me so upset that i cried, because he made a comment attune to "even 6 year olds understand more than you do".. i was just really frustrated because how could a ph.d. professor talk to u that way? (he was talking to our whole group, saying we messed up our project and didn't understand the objective). i told him that i didn't think it was right to insult us.. anyways long story short, i DID hate him. it was extremely disrespectful.

the thing about being in a Superior position means u have RESPONSIBILITY for the ones who are inferior. i think in the end, they do get what they deserve; eventually someone "inferior" will take over his/her place.

good luck, and just focus on making sure that no matter what position You are in, u would never treat others that way. do not let fame, fortune get to ur head. it's a conscious act, a choice; u have to be in charge of the possiblity of corruption...and the only way to do that is to continue learning and building urself up to be a Confident, Positive, Healthy, Good person with an open mind.

keep up the fight. don't kowtow to these specimens. they need to be put under a microscope but why would one waste their time on jerks. ignore ignore ignore. they hate that. certainly don't treat them like they are superior because they are not. they are only human. stay away. if you can't and it is unadvoidable, put on your no nonsense look and look down at them. they don't deserve your time.
