Best thing to prevent stretch marks is to keep the skin moist. Use a cocoa butter on your stomach and side areas. Yes, a C-section will leave a scar, but most doctors can do the procedure low (under your bikini line).

I am not sure if there really is any way to prevent the stretch marks. The c/birth scar, as far as that goes, mine disappeared in about 5 years. I just could not find it, he did such a good job. It was a pfannensteil incision, cut across real low. Hopefully that will by that way for you. I tell you that little baby is worth all that and more. Congratulations ahead of time :)

You're less likely to get stretch marks if you don't gain *too* much weight during pregnancy. But, other than that, I think it's genetic who gets the stretch marks. I was lucky- I didn't get any.
A C-section definitely leaves a scar- right above the pubic hair line. But it gets less nasty looking as time goes on.

I don't see how you can get away with no stretch marks but Palmer's Cocoa butter lotion for stretch marks helps. As far as a C section goes, I have had two and no more bikini
