Not likely an STD if you've never had sex. But you could have an infection of some sort. Yes, an uncircumsised penis does have foreskin covering the head of the penis. But you should be able to pull the skin back to uncover the head. There are certain conditions and defects which can alter the penis, such as epispadia. Some prohibit proper retraction of the foreskin. If so, a circumcision would correct the problem. But like ICARUS62 said, most cases do NOT require a circumcism... and unless that is something you know you want... at least get a second (and maybe third) opinion. Second only to the head of the penis, the foreskin is highly sensitive and responds to erotic stimuli. Think twice before you cut. The U.S. is the only industrialized country where circumcism is the norm. ( I did a paper on male circumcism when in college). Additionally, in most cases hygiene is not good reason to have a circumcism.... I think most men can figure out how to clean their members.
I highly recommend you make an appointment with your PCP or urologist. He should be able and willing to answer your questions. I work in healthcare (women's health) and believe me when I tell you there is NO question we haven't heard... so please don't be embarassed about asking. Better to ask now and correct a problem (if there is one) than wait until your first sexual encounter and be rejected by your partner ... Right?
Good luck.

Go see a doctor. Some men are unable to pull the foreskin all the way back - and if you can live with that, fine. I would think that after you become sexually active, you would want it pulled all the way back. The doctor can examine the pimply things, they sound a bit like genital warts, but it's rare to get those when you haven't had sex (rare...not impossible). A doctor can also discuss the advantages of being circumcised. The foreskin of an uncircumcised penis will almost always cover the head, but you should be able to pull it all the way back. And do whatever it takes to keep your little buddy clean when your not circumcised.

1.) It is perfectly normal to have the foreskin still covering the penis head, because that's partly what it's supposed to do.
2.) You will want to be able to pull it back eventually in order to uncover the entire head. If your foreskin is tight, then try stretching the opening of the foreskin as far as it'll go without pain - kinda like increasing its radius - for a few minutes each day. After a few weeks you should be able to retract it fully and if not, see a doctor; there are prescription creams that're supposed to help. There are alternatives to circumcision (see link).
3.) It may or may not cause problems when you're sexually active. If you can retract it then it'll almost never cause problems. If you can't, I don't know.
4.) The white stuff is called smegma. It's normal and is basically like dirt and oils and dead skin cells. It's not harmful in small amounts, but it should be washed away daily as a buildup isn't good in the long run. It can also smell, which is a turn-off to most. So, when you're able to retract all the way, don't forget to wash it with water and mild soap! Make sure your penis is clean of it when you have sex too.

Having a non-retractable foreskin is perfectly normal and not a problem unless it causes you pain (which is unlikely). Even if you do want to have something done about it, don't accept it if you're told that a circumcision is the best option - It isn't. You will lose much of the sensitivity of your penis if you have that done. If your doctor recommends circumcision, change your doctor.
As for the pimples, see your doctor, but if you've never had sex then it's hard to see how it can be a sexually transmitted disease.

Completely normal. That is what a foreskin is supposed to do. Some uncut guys have short foreskins and almost look circumcised when erect, but I think the desired look is to have a longer foreskin like yours. It's actually something to be proud of.

That's called smegma. It usually is the result of not cleaning the penis thoroughly. At 20, your foreskin should be able to move back and forth very easily. I would suggest seeing your doctor as minor a incision might have to be done to allow the foreskin to move easier. Also, cleaning of the penis is much easier when the foreskin is retracted.

Yes the foreskin coveres the penis entirely. You should be able to pull it back. This is why people opt for circumsision because it is easier to take care of. If you are sexually active, the white substance could be a yeast infection, you can take care of that simply by buying the monistat that women use and apply it. Other than that it probably is just a normal substance, just wash well, and maybe consider circumcision.. Good luck. Ps I agree with Nuclear, but i was a nurse and i do have a son and know a lot about these things. Best to chat with your doctor about your concerns regardless of what you read here hon.

It's normal for un curcumsized men to have the foreskin cover the head but, you should be able to pull it back. As for the possable STD highly unlikely you have one if you aren't sexually active. It may be an infection from not cleaning properly. I agree check with your doctor.

you need to see a doctor about this. and this is not a question to be asked here because these people are not medical professionals and say things they think are funny possibly dangerous.
What I understand is part of the reason it is a good idea to get circumsized is because if you do not keep this clean by pulling back the foreskin you can get infections, carry things up into the vaginal area of the woman such that she will have more infections possibly increasing chances of cervical cancer.
You need to be sure to keep this area very clean. I have two friends who did not circumsize their sons because their husbands were not circumsized. It hurts more to do it when older but it is not unbearable. If you do not pull back the foreskin and keep it clean this may be causing the problem. But I would still see a doctor about it.

Nope, just a regular sign of being uncircumcised.
As for the pimply things...I believe those are normal, too. So don't worry.
