um you go to the website that you want to put as the link in your question and then copy the entire address in the address bar, then you simply paste it in the question. for instance if you wanted to put the home page of google as a link in a question it would look like this:
http://www.google.com/
and a good way to know if you did it right the web address would turn blue!:)

In order for it to show up as a link you have to put:
http:// in front of the www.yourlink.com
http://www.yourlink.com now it turns blue and you can click on it as a link.
