NO!!!!!! Women always vote her most beautiful but it's only because she was so skinny, and many women think that equals beauty. She was beautiful, but she certainly wasn't the most beautiful. In my opinion the top ten beauties of the 20th century were, in no particular order:
Marylin Monroe, Brigitte Bardot, Lauren Bacall, Salma Hayek, Jane Mansfield, Sophia Loren, Elizabeth Taylor, Nicole Kidman, Cindy Crawford and Helena Christensen. Put a picture of any one of them next to one of Audrey Hepburn and I'm sure you'll agree with me.

I think her general apperance was stunning and she presented herself in a very beautiful way, but I don't think that she is the most beautiful woman of the 20th Century. I think she was pretty and had quite a 'perfect' face and I think her personality really showed through her appearance but her features are'nt really special. I think she was a really beautiful person as a whole but if you're just looking at her face, excluding her hair, make-up, clothes etc then I think that there are many more beautiful people around.

No - she was a style icon and very pretty but there are many women more beautiful. I second the poster who nominates Sophia Loren - such amazing eyes, and a healthier, fuller figure.

She was sophisticated and lovely to look at. But she was not beautiful and she was abit too thin if you ask me.
