Long capris are popular right now. As far as a brand, forget that and get what looks good on you.
Wear a low heal for a classy look, a high heal for a sexy/sleezy look.
Depending on the event, anything from a nice t-shirt to a silk blouse may be worn with them, but capris are typically casual ware, so I'd stay with something casual.

u must be a little queer or in touch wit ur femine side, not that thats a bad thing, but i wouldnt recommend gurl capris especially for men. Um capris r nice , a tube top would look nice or even a nice polo shirt for women of course. For men, im not to sure.

capris pants look bad on guys because of their legs. unless you are a totally awesome fabulous guy. just be careful what kind you get. something that compliments your legs...
to go with it...pretty much ANY shirt goes well with capri pants. but especialy tank tops and tighter tees. depending on if you get jean or khaki capris go with what color looks best. i think bright colors do but thats just me...
please dont get a button up shirt...they look horrid.

Any kind that look good on you - remember to check in the rear - the top should somewhat match, and should flatter your best features, bi ceps, eyes, etc.
