Using a cleansing system helps a lot, also eating healthy and drinking plenty of water will help too. Exercise in the morning (or do yoga) and take a multivitamin! Good luck!

There are herbal combinations for energy out there. A combination I like; bee pollen, royal jelly, ginseng, green tea. Stay away from caffeine, it stresses the adrenals and crashes the blood sugar.

get off here and run a few laps around your house. tomorrow your legs'll hurt, but in the next few days, your energy will increase.

Coffee. :D Yes, but eat healthier, and believe it or not, being more active gives you lots of energy more often, makes you feel better, and makes you want to eat less. I say that from experience.
