I am chartting my temp (docs orders) and on the sample sheet she gave me, before ovulatin occured, the ladies temps were very close together. Mine are ALL OVER THE PLACE. I mean, from 2.6 degrees difference every day. Sometimes only .8 or even 1.5, but they are not even close to being the same. I am taking it before I even sit up in the mornings. How am I sopossed to know if I am ovulating and when? And what could this be a sign of?

I had to do the chart when we were TTC and my temps were all over the place. The doc said not to get up and things like that but still. He couldnt tell me. Other than we might use heat one day and none the other. (canada)

Me TOO.. I have been charting for about a month (ttc for the past 5mths) and my temp is up, down, up, down. NOT consistent like the example I was given on the chart. My OBGYN said she would only give me till the end of the year before starting fertility drugs. I am just 30yrs old and had been taking the pill for the last 14yrs.
