A self-concept is how you view, think or consider your self, as opposed to how others may view, think or consider you.
Are you a child or an adult? Are you confident or insecure? These are questions which relate to your self-concept. I hope that was helpful.

Self-concept in general is what you think about yourself. Most people say "What is your self concept when it comes to say, attractiveness?" Then you could say "I feel that I am very/not very attractive".
