Can someone please give me good instructions on how to do this... im blonde... and i can't find any web site that tells you how to do this but i know you can, im using the PC version. Thanks in advance....

You have to have .mp3 files. If they're not, open the file and save as (Name).mp3
Go to windows explorer or my computer and find the file you want to put in. Right-click it and select copy. Go to c:\program files\ grand theft auto vice city\mp3
Right click anywhere in the window and select paste. Do this for all the files you want to put in.
If you didn't install the game into program files, just find the mp3 folder in the gta vice city folder.

Go to folder mp3 (c:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\mp3) and copy the songs you want to play in your radio station. Now start the game get into a car and turn the radio station to MP3 player.
I have never tried this (own PS2 version) so I cant guarantee it let me know if it works.

basically open the media participant you employ (itunes or abode windows media participant case in point) and then start up enjoying the track. next, start up the interest and the track will proceed to play
