i just got this digital camera/mp3 player. it will import my pictures from my camera, but it won't put songs onto my mp3 player. everytime i plug it in to my computer, it says it "cannot recognize the hardware".

it doesn't have a cd with it, so i don't think lack of a program is the problem.

any advice is appreciated, thanks.

Check the manufacturer website. There is usually a section called downloads. See if you can find a program for it.

What OS are you running? You need to have Windows ME or XP, with at least service pack 2 installed.
