Numlook activated when Windows Start?

Question

I have a IBM ThinkPad T42, and always when Windows Start, numlook function is on, how i can disable this option, I tried into the Bios, but doesn't work, HELP PLEASE!!

Once you go in and set it to not be on, make sure you Save Changes and Exit, then click Okay.. when you exit for the night, or whenever, do it correctly, ie, Start, Turn Off Computer, and then click on Turn off when that option box comes up. A lot of times, users will make changes, but, then, before they do a shutdown, the puter will hang and the changes are undone..
