I don't think you will find a low rider magazine from that year.
I doubt anyone made those that long ago

I have purchased back issues for some car magazines thru Primedia Group. I think they also own the Low Rider magazine. You can try here at this website:

have you tried typing that in to your search bar?Also if it's a pop.mag the library might have it,I've found lots of older issues at our library of mags.that you wouldn't believe they would have.
