1. You may be really good at tutoring but that doesn't mean it's the ONLY thing you are good at. If you are tutoring, you probably excel just as well at those subjects! You should do what you like in life and if Accounting is your passion, then that is what you should pursue.
2. Being a good teacher also doesn't necessarily mean you arae denstined to be a teacher either. That ability is a huge benefit in many fields, such as accounting! If you are good at explaining things to your clients, that will definitely improve your business.

Yes! by all means change your major to teaching. There is no profession that I can think of that is better. The pay is good, no matter what they say.
Unless you have a summer assignment and even if you do, you will have a lot of time during the summer to travel and improve yourself, so that you will be better at what you are already a natural for.
Good Teachers are born not made. There are too many teachers who think that they are teaching, when their students are learning nothing.
About thirty years ago, I developed an interest in Native America. As a teacher I was able to take a six week summer assignment and still have six weeks to go on vacation. I have been to every fight scene except "Wounded Knee" and I can tell you from years and years of experience, there is no profession more rewarding.
I live in the San Fernando area in California. I have been everything from Auto Tech. to TV Tech, Research Engineer and Finally A Professor of Electronics. I had my first class in 1961. I am 84 years old and I retired from full time teaching in 1997. Still teaching one night each week and loving it.
Yes dear one. Change that major and you will see a lot more in your life than the latest business Machines.
Best of luck to you always.

No, don't change your major. There will opportunities for you to be in teaching type positions throughout your life without making it a career. Teaching full time is not always rewarding, emotionally or financially!
As you settle in your accounting career you can volunteer with organizations as a mentor to youth, as a teacher, and a tutor. There are Girl Scout groups that desperately need female mentors. There are also many other youth organizations that need volunteers.
I think you will be happier if you stay on the track you have begun, and enrich your life in other ways.

Stick with your decision to go into accounting. You can be really good at something but not make it your career. There will probably be other times that come along in your life where you will be able to teach. Things like your own kids and who knows what will come along. You are probably good at other things too but you shouldn't change your heart-set (accounting) to do those instead.

Not necessarily... A career can be different... you need to like what you do as a career, but doing something just because your are good at it... could always be a hobby of a secondary job if you wish

No you need to do what you like the most. Think of it this way a career is something that you will do for a lifetime, so you need to do something that you know you will enjoy 10 years down the road. Go for what you love!!!!!!!!!!

Not really. It's your decision. But maybe try both of them first and see which one you like better and stick to that one. Remember though, that there's lots more "Majors" out there. Don't stick to one. Try others. Experiment!

You can be good at a number of things but not necessarily enjoy doing them. I believe your career choice should be what you enjoy doing, not necessarily what everyone says you're good at.

You should do what makes you happiest. It way more important than money. Even if you excell at it, and don't enjoy it, then do something else that you do enjoy.

You should do what you enjoy doing the most. If you are not sure, try to do both things for as long as you can.
