Try using some vaseline. Make your eyes wet, keep them closed and rub about a fingertip size of it on your eyes, then wipe off with a wet washcloth. It's a lot less inexpensive than makeup removers, and I think it does a much better job than them too.

The best thing to do is to use makeup remover, the second best is baby oil or vasaline. Make sure you wash your face with oil free cleanser TWICE after to get rid of the oily residue.

Biore sucks thats why. I use this exfoliant from Loreal. I dont remember the name but it's in a blue bottle ... sorry, thats all I can tell you about it.

Waterproof eye makeup needs an oil to remove it, not soap. Use what others have suggested.

Baby oil..don't use to much, and don't get it in your eye...use the baby oil first..then wash your face with your normal face wash. Works everytime!

You definitely need to use a make-up remover. If you have one close to you, go to Sephora and get theirs. It is my favorite!! Pretty reasonable too.

try using make-up remover like clean and clear make-up remover it works really good and you can get it on your eyes and it wont sting =]
