I have a physical disability requiring me to use a wheelchair very soon, my present house would cost an astronomical amount of money to convert, I am running into dead ends trying to get any help purchasing a handicap ready home. If you have any suggestions I would be greatfull.

why not get out from your present home unload it and check out a senior citizens center(now wait!1 dont start flinging dishes at this okay) a senior citizens center(not a nursing home) okay is for people with disablities too lioke etc, in wheel chairs etc, etc, you pay 30 percent of your adjusted gros income towards rents and utilities etc, t you dont have to be 65 or what ever any longer, as long as you can show them your disabledd etc, according too there guidlines and is set up so that h,u,d pays a portion of the alloteed rents hons!1 everything is handicapped accessible bars on the bathrom tubes and toilets, the only thiong is you have to unload, your present home in so much time!1 no more worying about fixing that leaky faucett, replacing a roof, mowing lawns etc etc!! check one out hons!! good luck now and god bles hons!!
