Don't use IE 7. Even if it was worth using, it is still in beta, which means its not ready to be used by general public and still has many bugs. If you absolutely must use IE 7, contact MS and Yahoo to see which one has the bug. My gut feeling is that these toolbars are not designed for IE 7 and so will not work until they are upgraded.
