As a former HS football player my natural reaction is to say no. The reason why the people are there is because of the football team.

Now, I think to be fair, yes the proceeds should be split between the three. After all, all three teams are contributing to the school spirit and therefor should be rewarded for thier efforts.

Goes to the Football team unless you live in the South where the band is better than the football team. In high school no one ever said hey lets go watch the bans theis Friday night. No they wanted to watch the Football Game, your a part of the show. It's just the way it is. Hey if your good you'll get a scholarship to play band in College. People will still not be there primarily for you.

sturdy question. set up an test. on the subsequent soccer interest, have no band and no cheerleading yet can charge admission. Then, set up a band stay overall performance with no longer soccer and no cheerleading yet can charge admission. Then set up cheerleading without band and no soccer and can charge admission. split the proceeds of all your soccer bames in share to the cost ticket revenues at each and all of the events.

I don't imagine that the football team reaps the profit. The school district pockets the profits of the admissions gate.

No. Nobody is there to see the Marching Band. The cheerleaders would just spend it on hair products.
