The cure is worse than the disease.
YAAQA(pronounced ya qua) is yahoo answers and questions anonymous.
unfortunately in order to join, you must not know who each other is.
Since we are all truthful here, and we admit that we might have a problem, our meeting would be interrupted by others wanting to give good advise.
Since we are addicted to giving the advise, we will not be able to take it.
Keep answering questions, and in time, you will answer enough so you will be done for the day.
One question at a time.

There is no cure. You simply admit your addiction and do the best you can. Then again, you can just try to find some other novelty that will take your attention away from Yahoo Answers.

I'm totally addicte, too. But what's the real attraction behind Yahoo Answers? I mean, when one stops to think, it's basically a sight where you come and answer questions -- and then everyone hates taking tests. I think the attraction is in the points themselves, but that hardly makes sense to spend so much time for virtual points. Lolz.
It's very funny, though.

Yes, highly addictive. A true microcosm of society. For each question, you get two idiotic, unintelligible responses, two people that don't get it, two humorous answers and a handful of useful responses (sometimes). Great fun. And hey, we're not using drugs or robbing banks or anything.

I know where your coming from I'm the same way I love this sight I find myself here a lot..We are our support group..LOL..Your not alone..I don't believe there is a cure..If anybody knows of one let us all know..

Just find something else to do. What is your motivation for being obsessed? You are not getting paid. I could understand if there was money involved.
