I suggest:

For my senior year we had Wind of Change by the Scorpions, but that is kind of an old one, even for us. since it came out in the 80's. But another good one is Good Riddance or Wake Me Up When September Ends by Green Day, Life Is A Highway is also a good one. The song your class sings has to move you. It has to speak to you on some level to help you think of all of the great times you had but also one that will help you look towards the future. That's why I think Good Riddance by Green Day is a great song for that. Good luck to you.

"The Way We Were" I think would be a great song for graduation. I also like "To Sir, With Love".

My senior song was Nothing else matters by metallica. but i think A new day has come, THe road u leave behind, and Fly Like an Eagle are good ones

there's a modern christian track by utilising Mark Harris noted as locate Your Wings that i think of could be honestly desirable for a senior video.i've got no longer ever heard tis track performed at a graduation and not sure in case you will like it yet i'm posting a link for the video. wish this facilitates.
