Yes they are and did you know they are capable of climbing stairs and plopping through the cat flap, so they can eat the cat food. Yuk, yuk yuk I hate them.

Slugs are slimy disgusting things. Even the word makes me heave. When it's been raining they're everywhere. Apparently pouring salt on them disintegrates them! Bad karma though.

They're horrible things. We have some that come out overnight at work so when we get in in the morning they've left a creepy silvery trail all over everything. Gross!

I'm sure hedgehogs love them (to eat them, granted). We have fussy hedgehogs that reject the slugs for Spike's Dinner though :-)

ha thats funny.
when me and my brother were little we would steal the salt shaker from the kitchen, dig some up from under rocks, pick them up with a stick to the sidewalk and pour the salt all over them. you get to watch them shrivel up and die. those days were fun!
