It depends on the type of implant and the skill of the surgeon. Implant surgery can be done in such a way that the only nerves damaged are those in the scar (which should be tiny). This would not causes any noticeable decrease in sensation, although you certainly would feel "differently" since the shape and weight of your body changed. Other types of "fake boobs" or older surgical techniques may cause more sensory loss.

I still have all my sensitivity. I think it helps if you have the implant under the muscle instead of just under the skin.

I am not sure. I can check them before you have op and after so you can tell if they feel the same to touch, kiss or whatever.
