That's a good question because most ppl would immediately say no; but, after you think about it a bit, of course there would be because GOD is the supreme being... meaning we are all his subordinates in exchange for belief, doing what is right and committing our souls to him.

No because in Heaven, is like peace on earth, something which can never be obtained. A political system is based on a human's want to control or keep order, and in heaven, God is not a human, so no need for a political system, especially since only good people are allowed in anyway

I'm not the most religious person on the face of this Earth, however, I can pretty much gaurantee that there is NO political system in Heaven and God doesn't need a title like President.

Heaven is a Stalinist-style dictatorship. What the leader (god) says goes. If you criticise the leader in any way you get instantly punished. There is no democracy or free thought in heaven.
