I think that the housewife you described is getting no help from her spouse.
If her spouse helped her, you would most likely see a big change in her attitude.

Apart from the baby (weight gain for reasons of illness) yes I still do. I'm finding the fact that my sex life is over at 33 the most difficult bit though.

Since I am a mother of 6 and 1 yr old girls and currently expecting my 3rd child, I can say that my husbands answers to all these questions would be yes.
