Yes we did TP someones house when I was in high school. This friend of mine was suffering from depression real bad and her parents asked us to plan a surprise party for her and to TP their house. We would of gotten away with it with her except one of the neighbor kids saw us doing it and told her after we got back to her house with her. We did offer to help her clean it up though.
