A dalton is a gram per mole. So two moles of glucose weigh 360 grams. This will have to be dissolved in a liter of pure water to get 2.0M soln. This is done by adding 360 g glucose to a one liter volumetric flask. Add water to dissolve, then top off to the mark.

Weigh accurately 360 grams of Glucose(C6H12O6)-carefully transfer it to a Iitre measuring cylider- Completely dissolve it in about 250ml of distilled water and make it up to 1000ml.You get 2.00M glucose solution.Did you calculate the Atomic Mass of Glucose youeself or somebody told you?
