The system is broken. The sealler describes it as the game starting up and playing until 3it freezes and 3 red lights appear. How much woul it cost me to fix it. Would Microsoft send me a new one???

My boyfriend has had a 360 since the day it came out. Microsoft will not send you a new one unless you pay for it, because you are not the original owner, it is no longer under warranty. If you call them, they will want to you send it in so that they can evaluate it and see what the problems are with it, so that they can use that information for themselves. You actually have to pay to ship it in. You are better off buying a brand new one.

Dude, smarten up.

Unless you are an electronics whiz (and, based on your, "would microsoft send me a new one?" question, I'm assuming that you're not) this transaction will be nothing but a headache for you.

Save your pennies and get a new XBox 360 when the prices go down this holiday season in advance of the Playstation III release.
