I really like Hayden. Very different and sophisticated but not stuffy for a little one. Kayla and Mackenzie are very cute for girls but Mackenzie is a little stronger...sometimes good for her chosen career way down the line.

I like Hayden more for a boy, but it is nice. Kayla is cute, but there are a lot of Kayla's. Alice is nice and traditional. How do you pronounce Neowhin? I am thinking like nahwin, if this is correct, I think it is pretty and unique. I do not like the name MacKenzie, to me it is a last name.
It also depends on the last and middle names too. How they sound together, as well as making sure the initials do not give a negative connotation.
Go with what YOU like and will be willing to here for the rest of your life.

I like Hayden, Kayla, Mackenzie, or Alice. Neowhin might be hard to spell when the kid gets to Kindergarten.

I really like Mackenzie, Kayla is ok. Don't like the rest of the names. How about Kayden instead of Hayden?

NOT Neowhin. Not a good name.
Now, Mackenzie is a really cute name.
Kayla isn't bad either. The others are not good.
I would go with Mackenzie.
