It's a strange question to ask but I can see a point in it. I agree that it's not very often you see a pregnant Chinese woman. The birth rate among Chinese women, even when they live abroad where there is no restriction on the number of children they can have, is quite low. I guess most people who delay starting a family or prefer not to have too many children do this because they think too many children will mean smaller resources for the children they already have. They would rather focus their energy and resources on just one or two children.

What a strange question. As I don't live in China and don't know many Chinese people, my answer is no. I am sure lots have been seen in China though.
