A moped is a small motorcycle with an engine capacity of 49cc or less, therefore you cannot have a 125 moped.
However you must mean a 125cc scooter, try Startright motorcycles down by Tetleys brewery, they often have cheap and cheerful secondhand machines, but for £400 don't expect too much.

WRONG you can have mopeds above 50cc....they make 800cc and above. a moped has a different driving mechanism
