If he is actually intelligent, he is choosing not to show it. He's got an agenda and he's sticking to it, whatever it is. I think he is going to go down in history with the lowest approval rating ever, and I don't think he cares. And I'm a Republican!
Let's all give him a break though, it's just his second Presidentiary, LOL!

I think I had him beat by the time I learned how to chew my food without choking on it. Plus, I don't think I would greet other world leaders by shouting "Yo, Blair!" (to Tony Blair over the summer) or by groping a female leader of a European country.

Yes because unlike me he didn't join the war but sits from a safe distance drinking coke and getting richer off investments and stocks

Yeah, since he's like 40 years older than me, but in making decisions and not minding his own business, he's better in that than me. (Anyway, that's what even started up the war we're in now).
