Command - invoke user management from command window.?

What is the name you would type into the run dialog box in order to pull up the user management window?

was looking for the name of the mmc snapin, but I couldn't remember the MMC part.

well - that depends on the OS but in
WIndows 2003 and XP - use lusermgt.msc

------ lusermgt is the MMC snapin - Local Users and Groups.
The snapin for 2K & 2K3 Active Directory is Active Directory Users and Computers.
