One time, I was minding my own business, sleeping off a good drunk, when my daughter, my girlfriend (at the time), and my mother, decided to wake me up to kill a spider they found outside the house. I have the feeling you'd never do that, as you know where a spider belongs (outside the house). But, this spider in your house is in YOUR TERRITORY! Kill it. Use a shoe, a cat, or even a rolled-up newspaper. Heck, you've got Bill. Make HIM kill it. YOUR shower is YOUR territory. Take it back. You certainly don't want to smell bad in a couple days, just because you're afraid of your shower....

Never would I be so pathetic and downright girlie as to be scared of a spider. And there is no way I'd kill one either. If you can't pick it up with your bare hands just get a glass and shoo it in. If all the silly girls (apart from the sane and sensible Jasmine M) keep on killing spiders at such a rate the world will one day be over run with flies...!

Ugh god yes!!!! I had to ask my dad to kill it and take it out and flush it without me in the bathroom. Oh, man there was once I don't know I didnt notice the ughly thing I was washing my hair and all of a sudden the stupid little spider came from no where jumping towards me! I moved all quick like and it hit the water and went down the drain. Guess it had a death wish or something. Man! I hate spiders, cause I have the WORST luck with them finding me!!! I have alot of stories with them somehow on me or jumping on me! UGh!

LOL...I had a spider on the wall once, while I was taking a shower. I'm not one of those women who screams, but I was trying to splash water on it to get it, and then it fell on the floor of the shower, right next to my foot. I started screaming and jumped out the shower, covered it with the plunger, and slid it to it's water grave. Then I felt real stupid standing there naked, dripping wet, holding the plunger. It was a Candid Camera moment...lol

No, but I got trapped in my own house by one, it was hovering over the front door. I was so shook, I called into my next door neighbor's house, told him what was going on, he laughed hysterically and came over. I had to let him in the back door which was almost swollen shut, I don't remember how he managed to get it open and when he saw how big it was, he stopped laughing. He killed it but I'll never forget about it, I was in tears from being so scared, I called everyone I could but no one else could leave work to come kill it.

Yes!!! I've had to leave rooms as well. I couldn't do laundry while my husband was gone because a couple of spiders had taken up residence there.
