You have a PhoenixBIOS?

To get to it, press F2 during the boot up process.
If the motherboard came from a major computer manufacturer (Dell, HP, etc), it will be locked and you cannot use it to overclock. You can try SoftFSB or ClockGen then.
The general rule you need to satisfy from BIOS is this:
CPU Speed = FSB x The Multiplier

you will have to see the manufacturer's manual that came with the pc and carries the bios menu screenshots.. different manufacturers have different bios interfaces so u will need that or visit the manufacturer's site for further info..
overclocking is available in the bios boot up menu that comes up usually by pressing F2, F9 or Del right when you turn the PC on..
but beware overclocking heats up the system core faster and extreme overclocking can cause longlasting damage to ur system

you have to boot into the bios and change the clock multiplier for the cpu or the ram frequency. depends on the bios options allowed in the motherboard. be warned doing this can void your warranty and it can also fry your board/cpu. check your pc/motherboard manual for details.
