I suppose the best would be the least expensive. Scotttrade charges $7.00 a transaction. I saw a TradeKing add for $5.00.

tracking ETF for best brokerage???
tough one...
there is an amex version that mirrors all investments houses.

try "ishares.com", "powershares. com", go to amex.com -then to "products"
