should men be allowed to talk or walk around gagged?

Men should be ball gagged at all times unless it is absolutely necessary for them to speak. I would not be opposed to the possibility of straight jackets either......since they all drive seem to want to drive women nuts, let's give them a taste of their own medicine.....

Well, seeing as men don't walk around once a month ready to kill someone and bite their head off at the slightest thing because its their "time" I don't think its the men that should be gagged if anyone. But thats just me.
