Well it is a physiological response. Adrenaline maybe? I'm not a scientist so I can't say for sure. It could be anxiety due to being nervous.

You can get them in both places. its caused by a sudden adrenaline rush. when you see the one who makes you feel this way .

hmmmmmmmm - unusual. i usually get them in my stomach or possibly a bit higher. i know what you mean. i guess it hits people in different ways.....
