If I have content that I want to push out and make available via an RSS feed, how do I create the feed? What is required? I'd probably be doing this in either vb.net or c#.

where is the content?

if it's in an xml or xhtml file, it's easy to recode using xsl or whatever language you know.

otherwise it depends where the data is located, and which language you know best. there are lots of libraries of varied worth.

I suggest you learn ATOM, the latest rss format, concise and brief.

all you need to do is create an XML file and create a link on your web page.

The XML specs can be found at - http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/tech/rss (for RSS 2.0)
