An autopsy was performed Monday. On Tuesday, Her Majesty's Coroner Linda P. Virgill said that based on preliminary findings, "the cause of death is not natural." But, she said, "we wish to reserve [announcing] the cause of death at this time," adding that a toxicology results and a full autopsy report will be released by the end of the week.
Virgill said an inquest will take place afterward and her staff will interview all "relevant witnesses," including Anna Nicole Smith, hospital workers and flight attendants, to develop an official timeline.
The coroner's statements came in the wake of a story in the Nassau Guardian that Daniel Smith suffered a "massive heart attack" and that antidepressants had been found in his system. The newspaper said that Daniel was seen "vomiting uncontrollably" shortly before his death.

Heart attack. He died while they were at the Bahamas, Anna Nicole was buying a house out there. The doctors over there said for sure it wasn't natural, they say he may have been overdosed with anti-depressants and other stimulants.

I heard about an hour ago that the third person in the room was Anna's lawyer Howard K. Stern, and that criminal charges may be forthcoming. But the exact cause of death: drugs, etc. still remains a mystery.

Only that there was another person in the room at the time of his death.
It is being kept hush hush...........heard on tv that he had a history of heart problems.
Poor kid, never had a chance............his mom stayed stoned or acted like it on her show and even commercials.
I also heard on tv that the biological father of her newborn is taking steps to gain custody,
I hurt for Anna. The whole thing is more than tragic.

the latest on the Daniel Smith death is that he had antidepressants in his system but not exactly sure what killed him. They do know that a 3rd person was in the room. It was said that it was unnatural causes. It could have been a heart attack

Not yet . She found him slumped in a chair at the hospital . No drugs or drug paraphernalia was found in the room ; but they do say it was not natural causes . That someone could have harmed him seems unthinkable .They say he was a sweet kid ; like-able . His poor mother .

It may have been the diet pills his mother took ...they can cause heart failure if taken in excess...also i think the mother did drugs, i watched on of her show and she couldnt even talk she was messedup on drugs

They suspect fowl play, and there was a third person in the room who they are not talking about. Bet it was drugs!

They probably have to arrest the suspect first before releasing that info to us.

Really I think that he overdosed drugs that his mother gave him. That is why the authories are considering his death suspicious. I think that it is either ectasy or some prescriptions pills
