How do I set up voice conferencing?

Well, first, if you're not going to use Yahoo Messenger, or Windows Live Messenger, and do the conference, there, you'll either have to download or buy some software to do that.. Of course, there IS also, NetMeeting, but, haven't used that in years, and not sure if it is still free.
To do it in Yahoo Messenger, just click on the name of the first person you want to conference with, and open that box, then click on the Conference button and start adding people.
