Like Arman said u can prove that you have improved.
But my suggestion would be you dont commit yourself but if the interviewer asks himself then he would expect some positive and sensible response from you.
So stay positive tellsomething like "i was not serious about studies at that time but after seeing the score i got my lesson and improved my attitude"

Cheer up man, you are at an advantage, you can point out that you have improved with time, that you learnt from your faults, etc , etc.
