My boyfriend works for an RV manufacturing company and people are always giving him fabric samples. I know I could make something with this material but I don't have a clue what. I am not very good at arts & crafts. Is there a website where I could get some simple ideas.

You need to sort the fabrics by type (cottons, upholstery, etc) before you decide. Upholstery fabric can be pieced and made into pillows. Cottons make great bed quilts. You can also make tiny pillows and seats for doll furniture which would sell better than most projects.

Depending on the sizes of the fabric you can make regular and floor pillows.
You just need to square it off if you are making sofa pillows, sew up 3 sides, stuff it with batting and then hand stitch it closed.
Same for the floor pillows. These are great if you have kids!
