You're young so you don't have as many options.
You could look for things to sell. Candy at school, but that won't generate a real lot, and it might break your school rules.
You could also do lawn mowing or side walk shoveling.
If you're a girl, you could get into jewelry making. Make the real stuff, out of silver and gold. Real gems. Not plastic stuff.
A boy could get into leather crafts, or wood crafts.
Oh yes. It helps to start reading about business and what it takes to be an entrepreneur. It takes a mindset that's different from being an employee.

Go to your crafts store and buy things to make personalized jewelry. They have cute charms and pendants to choose from. You can buy beads with letters of the alphabet for making Names or the names of favorite artists. You can make bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. Sell them to your school mates for a small profit.
