I don't really believe in that stuff, but I'd say that the person who reads the fortune first would get it.

If they opened it first you then can eat the cookie. Proper etiquette is to take the cookie closet to you.

If you do that then it won't come true for anyone! (Or I've been told it causes BAD luck for all!!!!!!) It's almost as bad as walking under a ladder! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH......LMAO
